Please allow up to 2 months for shipping company to verify the status of the package. Buyer from other countires, please be advised that we do not guarantee custom clearance. If package was seized/destroyed by your local custom, we will refund 40% of the package value, and that's all we can do. We will not do reshipment.
Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from China to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number.

Please allow 5-10 days for your order to arrive. Please be aware that EMS from China does not guarantee delievery time so some packages may take longer than normal to arrive. But again we guarantee delivery and our packages always arrive. We do not take rush orders. If you need the product by a specific date, please plan ahead and give us enough time to work on your shipment. If the package still missed your deadline, please make sure you have someone there that can sign for the package or pick it up at your local post office. If package was returned to sender because it's unclaimed, we'll still charge you for the starting shipping plus a percentage of restocking fee. We do not accept returns because we missed your deadline and you "no longer need it." Each order takes a lot of our hardwork and cost a lot money to ship, please respect our work.

We are NOT responsible for any import tax charged on your package (It does not happen very often. And when it happens, it is usually not more than 10% of your order's final value.) We always mark our packages as low value gift (less than $30) and keep our package relatively small to avoid custom open parcel check.
